We provide the complete box-build and system integration services beyond PCB assembly. For over 30 years we have manufactured a wide-range of electro-mechanical assemblies across multiple markets. These have ranged from simple box enclosures for commercial use through to large panel and safety critical system integrations.

We can provide all cabling and wire harness requirements, bespoke metalwork through to high precision mechanical assemblies from our extensive network of approved suppliers..

Box-Build or Systems Integration includes any additional work to that of Printed Circuit Board Assembly, (PCBA) in an electromechanical assembly. This process can include simply mounting populated PCB’s within an enclosure through to full systems integration of sub-assemblies, preparation and installation of cabling and wire harnesses and user interfaces to provide a complete system. Assemblies may also include high-precision mechanical components in addition to processing and power electronics.
