Prism operates in a competitive sector and seeks to develop long term relationships with its customers by being flexible to their needs.
Our Senior Management team have consistently recognised the importance of achieving the Investors in People (IIP) award for the business, its staff and customers and we have achieved the standard since 1999. In 2019 we were assessed against the new framework which was launched in 2015 and introduced a three-stage model and nine new indicators, to achieve Investors in People all nine indicators must be achieved. We circulate a staff survey every two years to get staff views and all staff have six monthly appraisals to support them in their roles.
